The master bedroom features a king bed with floor to ceiling walls in the master bedroom sitting area to enjoy the sunrise or sunset while relaxing. The master also has access to the balcony overlooking the Lagoon Pool with beautiful beachfront views of the Gulf Of Mexico. There are 2 queen beds in bedroom two with an additional sleeper sofa in the common area. Enjoy the comforts of home with two gorgeous full bathrooms, stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, and plenty of space for you and the family or friends. Unit 609 will become your annual vacation destination after spending a week at this beachfront condo! Edgewater is centrally located to Pier Park restaurants and shopping as well as the Top Restaurants in town such as Firefly, American Charlie, Saltwater Grill along with multiple fast food restaurants. The Shipwreck Island water park and St Andrews State Park as well as the PCB sport complexes are all just a 10 to 15 minute drive from the resort. Edgewater Beach and Golf Resorts has some of the most inclusive benefits you can find in a vacation rental condo with multiple pools, on site restaurants (golf, tennis and fitness center require additional fees) you will find along the Gulf Coast! After booking you will be required to register and pay for parking at the Edgewater Registration website, Rates are $50 per vehicle for a weekly stay. Extended monthly stays will require updated monthly parking passes and fees when renting for a long term vacation rental condo stay during Snow Bird season. The condo is stocked with Bed linens, bath towels, wash clothes, kitchen towels, a couple of garbage bags and starter toilet paper, starter paper towels and courtesy soaps (you restock these items for your group during your stay). The kitchen is stocked with the essential pots and cooking pans, toaster, coffee pot, dishwasher, microwave, stove and fridge.
