Upstairs is the primary bedroom with king bed & private bath & deck. There is a boat slip for boat owners & 2 kayaks to enjoy. Guest access Flounder Bay offers plenty of parking in the driveway for multiple cars/trucks & your boat trailer! Other things to note House comes equipped with: • Smart TVs in all bedrooms (except bunk room) and living room. • Charcoal grill • Stocked kitchen including K cup coffee maker, pots/pans, tupperware, serving dishes, crock pot, toaster, baking sheets, wine opener, can opener, hand mixer, small electric chopper & much more • Iron & Ironing Board • All linens & towels including towels you may take to the beach • 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom • Hand soap at each sink • 6 laundry pods (washer & dryer in home) • 3 dishwasher pods • Dish soap in kitchen & by outdoor sink • 2 rolls of paper towels • 3 extra trash bags Extra helpful tips: • There is a bait shop right down the road! (About a 2 min drive from the house) • Beach access is about a 5 minute drive from the house.
