The full bathroom on this level has a stand up shower and is adjacent to the laundry room with full sized washer and dryer. Please note during the summer season, late June - Labor Day, this rental requires a seven night minimum. Check-in is no earlier than 3:00 on Saturday and check-out is no later than 10:00 the following Saturday. All properties are professionally cleaned and sanitized between stays. A linen package is included with the rental, this included commercially laundered linens, a towel set (bath towel, hand towel and facecloth) for each occupant, bath mat and kitchen towels. Please note that linens are rented on a weekly basis and multiple week rentals will incur additional costs. Beach towels are not included, tenants will need to bring their own.
