This 2 bedroom/2 bath is nicely furnished and can accommodate 8 guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with full sized fridge, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, whirlpool tub, central A/C, cable and wifi. Location is perfect for walking to restaurants, miniature golf, shops and nightlife. Rental includes: pool/Hot tub, fitness center,two parking spots. The space Welcome to Sunset Bay Unit 512! This top floor 2 bedroom/2 bath is nicely furnished and can accommodate up to 6 guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with full sized fridge, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, whirlpool tub, central A/C, cable and wifi. ELEVATOR ACCESS. Location is perfect for walking to restaurants, miniature golf, shops and nightlife. Rental includes use of pool/Hot tub, fitness center, two reserved parking spots. The rental is well stocked and should include everything you'd need for your stay (trash bags, paper towels, laundry soap, hand soap, etc). The unit includes 1 King Bed (Master), (2) full beds (Guest Bedroom) and 1 queen sleeper sofa. Due to health concerns linens are not provided; however we do provide blankets and pillows. Guest are responsible for removing all trash from the unit and placing it in the outside dumpster during the course of their stay. Rules: No parties, loud music, etc. will be tolerated. We ask that guests be respectful of noise when inside the unit and on the outside balcony. If the police are called to the unit we reserve the right to evict immediately, without refund. No refunds will be given due to unforeseen amenity closures. Please check with us as to whether or not certain amenities are open (pool) as we cannot guarantee what will be open during the offseason. NO PETS ALLOWED per building rules, this includes service animals as well. If an animal is brought in without permission you will be evicted without a refund. Property Owner reserves the right to gain access to the property for both emergent and non-emergent needs. Guest access The unit includes two reserved parking spots (marked with unit number). The unit is perfect for walking distance to local hot spots and one block from the ocean. Other things to note linens are not provided. Depending on party size, guests should be prepared to bring sheets for: 1 king, one queen, two full beds, and 8 pillow cases.
