Fit For a Crew with a Hot Tub Too! 5 bedrooms

Enjoy time w/friends & family in this 2-story home near downtown Pekin. Unwind in the private hot tub that seats 7! There is plenty of space in the back yard w/a partial privacy fence to enjoy the outdoors. There are 4 bedrooms on the 2nd floor & 1 full bathroom; 2 of the upper bedrooms are connected & you have to walk through 1 to get to the other. The main floor offers 1 queen bedroom & 1 full bath. Take a walk in this quaint neighborhood w lots of mature trees or relax on the front porch. The space There are 4 bedrooms on the upper level. You do need to walk through one room to get to one of the other bedrooms. The house offers central air but because heat rises, and we all have different preferences for temperatures especially while sleeping, I have added 2 window units to the upper bedrooms that have the king size beds for additional comfort. Guest access There are 3 parking spots in the back of the house. Drive through the carport or access the alley to get to the back parking area. There is also parking allowed on the street in front of the house. Other things to note 4th street is a one way street.
