The space There are two bedrooms, each with a queen bed and Smart TV. The downstairs bedroom has a large closet, desk, and a beautiful queen log bed with a Sleep Number mattress. You select the firmness of the mattress! The upstairs bedroom has a private half bath. Just outside the bedroom is the loft, which has a twin size bed. This is the perfect place to play games, lounge on the Chill Sack with a good book, or take a nap on the twin bed or futon. Looking down from the loft is the spacious living room. During movie night pull out the second Chill Sack from under the 75” Smart TV. The sleeper sofa is super comfy with a king Tempur-pedic mattress. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for the chef in your family! Enjoy a meal at the dining table for six or at the counter for four. The washer and dryer are available in the full bathroom. If a third vehicle is needed please message to see if we can accommodate. Thank you! Other things to note -The Cozy Perrysburg Cabin is on Fremont Pike. Guests will hear traffic, minimal when inside. -Due to verification and safety we require a profile photo of the person who is checking in. -There are outdoor security cameras at all access points. -No parties or smoking permitted. Should either occur ALL guests will be asked to leave without refund. -This property is not in the city, it has well water. The cabin has a reverse osmosis system and water softener. No smell. Filtered water faucet next to kitchen faucet. Some bottled water is provided to get you started. -Long bookings are provided with a starter amount of consumable/disposable items and guests are to replenish their own items as needed. -Pack-n-play and booster seat w/tray available upon request. -$10/hour early checkin or late checkout.
