The space After a fun-filled day of shredding fresh powder on the slopes, unwind in this charming 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home. Upon entrance to the home, take off your boots in the entryway equipped with a wooden bench. Marvel at the high ceiling in the family room, where you can relax on the leather sofa and armchair seating as you sit beneath the skylight from the glass windows throughout the room. Unwind from your adventurous day, as you stream your favorite movie or show on the flat-screen TV. The dual-sided indoor gas fireplace will keep you warm, as you snuggle up with cozy blankets next to your loved ones. Additional guests can make their way into the second family room with a plush sectional sofa, and its own large flat-screen TV. The chef in your group will appreciate the fully-equipped kitchen with high-quality stainless steel appliances and plenty of granite countertop space. Keep the cook company with the bar stool seating in the kitchen for up to 3. Enjoy your scrumptious dinner in the spacious dining area while sharing exciting stories of your time in Park City. Recharge for the night in the upper level of the home, where you will have access to all three bedrooms. The master bedroom boasts a lovely king-size bed, ample closet space, a flat-screen TV, and an en suite bathroom with a tub and a separate walk-in shower. The second bedroom, features a beautiful queen-size bed, a flat-screen TV, and ample closet space. The third bedroom has two comfortable twin over twin size bunk beds and ample storage space. There is a shared full bathroom, around the corner from both bedrooms, with single vanity and a shower/tub combo. A laundry room with a washer and dryer, as well as a half bathroom, on the main floor of the home, are available during your stay. Lastly, there are 2 sleeper sofas available for guest use -- one in the living room and one in the family room. Guest access Guest will have access to the entire home, outdoor patio, and the private hot tub. You will also have access to 3 free parking spaces on the premises. Please note that the garage driveway probably won't fit more than one bigger car (i.e. SUV/minivan etc.) and top loads are not advisable. Other things to note There may be some street noise from Park Ave. Please do not park on the street. Please note that the tub is serviced between guests. Sometimes the tub is just chemically treated, but sometimes it has to be drained and refilled. Because of this, please note that the tub may be cold on your arrival and may not be hot on the first night of your stay. As such, if you wish to use it, please ensure you turn it on and turn up the temperature when you arrive. Be sure to keep the cover closed at all times when the tub is not in use! Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.
