Finally step outside and enjoy a swim in the sparkling pool. Backyard is large and comfortable, with fruit trees complete with BBQ grill and hang out space ideal for enjoying the beautiful weather in Southern CA. Beds are cozy and comfortable with memory foam mattresses, memory foam pillows, plush comforters and extra blankets. There are NO cameras pointing at the pools/jacuzzi areas and NONE inside the home. For monthly stay, we will cover the first $600 in utilities bill.
