(also serves as the 4th bedroom). 4k TVs throughout the house and our newest thrill.... RAZOR ESCOOTERS!!! That's right, ESCOOTERS are available for both kids and adults. (Rental fees do apply. Please contact us for more information.) Enjoy our heated pool and our large pool deck complete with chaise lounge chairs, infinity chairs, pool toys, BBQ grill, beach towels and chairs. If you enjoy cooking, you will love the three ovens in our kitchen. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to make meals at home and save on expensive restaurants. Other things to note Guest agree to use the pool at their own risk. The owners will not be liable for any injuries sustained on the pool / Patio area. If you would like to have the pool heated for your stay, the daily fee is $45.00 or $315.00 per week. Guest also agree to keep the back gate closed at all times. Razor escooters are available. The rental fee is $20.00 per day, per scooter. We have adult sizes and kids sizes. Escooters are subject to availability. It's best if you reserve the scooters prior to your arrival to ensure they will be available for your stay.
