You can connect it with your phone and watch your favorite shows *Washer and dryer in the condo *Iron and the iron board 24/7 access to the beach *Beach Chairs *Heated pool and hot tub are in our Tower 2!!! Just press 1st floor in the elevator! *Our guests LOVE pools at the Tower 2, because there less people in there and it's almost like the whole area just for you! *Grill areas at both pool decks! *Oceanfront pool and hot tub in Tower 1 *Sky bridge, which connects both Towers and which you can use to go to the beach. *Perfect location - no car needed! *Just steps to the restaurants, fishing/walking Pier, Water Park, and ect. *We are the owners of our units are we are doing management by ourselves. After the payment, guests will receive parking pass and the armbands. Valid ID required at the time of registration. *Any guests violating those rules will be evicted from the property by Resort Security without a refund. Additionally, a fine will be applied. ***We are providing starting kit for our guests, which includes dishwasher detergents, paper towel, small bottles of shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and soap for each bathroom, 1 toilet paper roll for each bathroom.
