-Private home & large lap pool for your use during your stay. No other renters on the property. -Wide open outdoor spaces to get away. A breath of fresh air. See the stars at night! -GREAT WiFi signal. - 1600 sq ft home on 11 acres. Common areas downstairs, bedrooms upstairs. -Lap Pool (not heated) and spa hot tub (heated year round). Pool towels provided. -Firepit area. I provide firewood, fire starters, & lighter. -Brenham 10 minute drive. Round Top 20 minute drive. Sorry, no pets. The space My family comes here to spread out, clear our minds while breathing clean fresh air, then come back together and catch up over a glass of wine and take in the big Texas night sky. I am meticulous about cleaning, and we sanitize all high traffic areas. KEURIG coffee maker in the house. I provide some KUERIG pods, but bring more if you drink a lot of coffee. I provide firewood, fire starters, and a lighter for your use during your stay. There is a grill, but please bring your own charcoal. You will have lots of privacy during your stay, but workers do come by to mow the lawn or service the pool once a week. I do my best to notify you the day before. Other things to note POOL: Please supervise all children. Use caution in the pool area. - Pool depth is 4.5 feet to 9 feet deep. - Spa/hot-tub is 3.5 feet deep. On/off button is located within the screened porch. - Life jackets are kept in the pool room. Check with me to confirm sizes. - Pool noodles available. Floats are not provided, but you are welcome to bring your own. You will be in the country with nature. It is best to stay on the paved walking paths, where fire ants and other insects are clearly visible. You are welcome to walk around the property but please use caution. (No parties. No loud music.)
