While local antenna channels aren’t available, there’s plenty to watch! Please note that specific shows, movies, or events can’t be guaranteed, as content changes throughout the year. Note: Roku TV doesn't have batteries, plug in to charge the remote. (Volume button is on the side) 🐶 Pets: We’re happy to host dogs at our place! There’s just a small pet fee that’s automatically included in your booking total when you add your pets to the guest list. The fee covers up to two dogs, and if you’re bringing more than two, there’s an additional $50/dog fee. 📝 Note: Unfortunately, we're unable to host cats due to the house owner's allergies. Additional note: We are still completing our landscape so please be extra careful in walking to and from the hot tub 😊 Guest access Enjoy full access to the entire home, including all the amenities provided onsite, during your stay. Parking: Our property offers a one-lane driveway with space for up to 3 cars. There is also additional street parking available (please ensure to review posted signs for any limitations). Other things to note Friendly Note: Please respect our community and adhere to the rule of no parties. Let's foster a kind and considerate atmosphere for our neighbors. Additional Notes: -Please note the stairs have a steeper incline than average, so they may require extra care when navigating. -The house has a small yard with a gravel driveway.
