The apartment was completely refurbished in July 2022 and is located within an elegant residential building. It is ideal for families. The space The apartment has a modern layout with an open, fully equipped kitchen. The spacious living and family dining area enjoys large windows that let in lots of natural light. There are two full bathrooms, two twin rooms with bunk beds and a master bedroom to accommodate up to 6 guests. All furnishings were purchased in July 2022 and are in mint condition. Other things to note Given the pandemic situation we want to make it clear that this apartment is professionally managed and cleaned. We have multiple other listings on Airbnb and a cleanliness rating of 4.9 stars. We take pride in our service and are committed to ensuring our guests are as secure and as comfortable as possible. Cleanliness is the most important parts of our service which is reflected in our near-perfect ranking. We are adhering to all of Airbnb’s policies regarding cleaning and in addition professionally launder all sheets and towels and use a certified cleaning service. We are available 24/7 for our guests and offer extra professional cleanings and laundry service upon request (for a fee) depending on how long the stay is. The Spanish Ministry of the Interior requires a form to be filled in by each guest before check-in. This is a mandatory requirement from the government. As hosts, we are unable to give you the keys unless you fill in this form. Please note we understand that this is an extra step for check-in, but all accommodation in Spain must follow this rule. Please note that there is a mandatory tourist tax to be charged, imposed by the Catalan government of 9.35 euros per person per night (VAT included). Applies to all guests who have turned 17 years of age and above for the first 7 nights. This tax will be collected in EUROS at check-in.
