Relaxing Orlando 4 BR home, pool & water view

Charming home just 10-20 miles away from Disney World, SeaWorld, and Universal Studios, owned by Kim & Shawn Beus. Tranquil neighborhood with walking/running pathways. It is just 10 minutes away from many restaurants, grocery, shopping, and entertainment options like Medieval Times, Fun Spot America, and Give Kids the World. Relax in the private screened in pool (heated for additional fee) and patio and watch birds play in the pond. The space The suttle decor throughout the house highlights the fun and relaxing enviornment and theme parks in the Orlando area. There is a safari themed room, ocean room, and adventure room, plus Tiana's kitchen, and Beauty and the Beast dining room. Guest access Guests have access to the whole 4 bedroom, 3 bath house and pool. The subdivision is Liberty Village, but there is no gate. Other things to note There are a lot of pool toys you can use as well as beach chairs. There is a stroller and wagon in the garage to help transport kids and gear. Two small grills may be moved to the back patio for a small extra cleaning fee ($10 if you clean it, or $25 if we clean it).
