Easily accessible. - PARKING Feel free to park up to 5 cars in our roundabout driveway in front of the house. Other things to note - SECURITY According to the requirements from our insurance company there are two outdoor security cameras located on the property. One camera is pointed at the front yard, and the other is on the garage pointed towards the street. However, the footage is not stored permanently and in no way infringes on your privacy. It is strictly for liability purposes. - CLEANING FEE 100% of your cleaning fee is paid to our local cleaners (i.e. no profit to us) and we insist on paying a livable wage and a professional level of deep cleaning between guests. - CANCELLATION POLICY- Moderate We can offer a full refund for cancellations up to 5 days before check-in. - EXTRA GUESTS There is a $75 per night fee for each guest after 6 guests. - PETS Dogs are allowed with prior approval and pet fee ($40). If you let your pup outside- the yard is fully fenced, but we still recommend watching them closely! - A/C & Heater Stargazer Getaway is cooled and heated by mini-splits in each room to keep you comfortable any time of the year. - WIFI We have Starlink, which is the best service for our area, and you will be able to work remotely. - POOL *POOL IS NOT HEATED* Anyone under 18 needs parents present while swimming for safety reasons. No diving. No glass containers near or in the pool. No food in the pool area. No pets in the pool area. Pool hours are 8 am-9 pm. - NO SMOKING Smoking, including vaping, is not allowed inside the home. - NO PARTIES Sound has a funny way of traveling in the desert- our neighbors have lived in the community for 40+ years, so please be respectful at night. We don't allow parties at our property. If a party or event is thrown, you will be asked to leave, and you will not receive a refund.
