You are close to everything when you choose this comfy home. From the waterfront deck, you can see the lights of Kemah Boardwalk, where you can enjoy carnival games, rides and dining. The adventures are endless; fishing, crabbing and kayaking with private access to the water. NASA space center is just a few miles away. The space The house has everything you will need. All the kitchen and bathroom essentials are provided as well as beach towels, sand toys, life vests and puddle jumpers for the tiny ones. We provide access to a pack-n-play and a high chair for families with young children. There are several spaces to enjoy time with each other. A large dining table to enjoy board games or cards (games and cards provided), a fire pit area for roasting marshmallows or just relaxing in the hammock, a picnic table for outdoor dining, and a large deck for sunbathing, fishing, or just watching the sunrise and sailboats. Guest access You are welcome to access the entire home accept for the closets that are locked. These spaces are where we store back stock and personal items. Other things to note Our home can accommodate 8 total guests. 4 adults maximum. Possibly 6 adults if they meet the weight restrictions for the bottom bunks. The bunk beds have a max weight of 200 lbs per bed. Please take into consideration when booking. We do not allow adults to use the top bunks for safety reasons.
