Summer Breeze is ideal for the whole family! With its fully equipped kitchen, large dining area, flat screen HD smart TVs in each room, private pool and lanai area, outdoor seating with a gorgeous pool view, amazing game room equipped with AC to keep you cool during summer days, high quality furniture and bedding, play pen and high chair included for the little ones, amazing Spiderman loft to watch your favorite movies; you'll have everything you need for a home away from home! You are staying just a few steps away from the Aloha Clubhouse, which offers AMAZING amenities such as: Double water slide, zero-entry main pool, lazy river, fire pit with view to Disney fireworks, children’s water park, shaded playground, fitness center with the latest in cardio and strength building equipment, free arcade room, sand volleyball, bar lounge “tiki bar”with a great menu for pool side dining, basketball court, tropical walk, 9-hole mini golf course, hammock garden, dual cornhole court and more! All perfect for family to enjoy for hours! Optional: Heated Pool available for an additional 35$ per day and is recommended for Nov-Mar bookings. Grill rental available for an additional 75$/week, includes a full tank of propane and cleaning. Please let me know if you would like to add this to your stay at least 3 days prior to your check-in date. Housekeeping This is a self-catering vacation home. Housekeeping will provide a starter supply of toilet paper, paper towel, dishwasher soap, sponge, dishwasher PODs, garbage bags, shampoo, soap and conditioner, coffee, detergent etc. While linens and bath towels are included in the house, daily cleaning service is not included in the rental rate. You can request a mid-stay cleaning, which would not include linens washed, for half the price of a cleaning fee. Housekeeping will inspect and inventory the house after each departure. Broken, damaged or missing items will result in an additional charge. Please do not re-arrange furniture. Parking Free parking on driveway. Please do not block the sidewalk. There shall be no parking on top of the landscaping and irrigation areas. No commercial vehicles, limousines, recreational vehicles, all-terrain, boats, trailers, including without limitations boat trailers, house trailers, mobile homes and trailers of other type may be kept on property. Trash Valet Pick-up Guidelines Trash removal services are 7 days per week. All trash must be bagged and tied in 13-gallon kitchen bags. A starter supply of bags will be provided. Loose trash will not be picked up. All large and medium size cardboard must be flattened, small boxes must be bagged. Pool Heater Pool heater works thru heat exchange and might not function with weather near freezing temperatures. Pool heat can be added to your reservation with a minimum of 3 consecutive days. Once pool heat is requested and payed for by the guest, host will set to 87F-89F. Please note that guests do not have access to control the temperature and can always reach out to host if they would prefer to adjust it within the range mentioned above. Be aware that pool heat service paid after 4 PM will be turned on on the following day and that the pool may take up to 24 hrs to reach its set temperature. Our pool heater pumps have a safety system that prevents overheating of the element when the pump is working overtime in cold weather conditions. This may cause a temporary shut off of services automatically until the pump can regain its functionality efficiently. Packages (Online Purchases) You may send packages to the home during your stay. They will be left on the doorstep. If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender. UPS, DHL and FEDEX will leave it at the door step. Surveillance Device Disclosure We have security cameras outside the house that record video and audio. These are located under the garage facing the driveway, front door entrance and pool door entrance. There are no recording devices inside the home. Resort Hours of Operations Clubhouse: 9 am - 10 pm Blue Marlin Grille: 11 am 5:30 pm Pool Deck: 9 am - dusk Outdoor Sport Court: 9 am - 10 pm Fitness Center: 9 am - 10 pm Hours may change based on the season or unforeseen circumstances. Guests will have access to the entire home, plus Windsor Island Resort / Aloha Clubhouse amenities. **Individual charges may occur for use of cabana rentals. In order to gain access to the community, a form will be sent to gather the names of all guests 18 and older so they can be registered . At the gate all registered guests will be required to provide valid photo ID (any country) or driver's license (if driving) for access to be granted. ** Guests will not be permitted onto the premises without being registered into DwellingLive and presenting a valid photo ID. Proxy cards can be picked up at the front desk during Clubhouse business hours. Once picked up, they can be used to access the community (scan at front gate house for vehicular entry) as well as The Clubhouse and amenities. An authorization (hold) of $1 will be processed on credit card at the time of issuance. There will be a drop box located outside the front gate house for checkouts and departures that happen outside of clubhouse hours of operations.
