Minutes from stellar beaches & downtown Sarasota, our Spanish-styled bungalow is 1-mile from downtown Sarasota and 5 miles to award-winning beaches. With restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping close by you'll be able to access anything you need. The house can sleep 8 and has additional sofa beds if extra is needed. Enjoy the house and pool that can be used year-round. The space Parking is available for up to 2 cars. Guest access Guests have access to house, yard, and pool. The owners may be in their apartment which is separate from the main house. Guests and owners rarely interact unless guests initiate the interaction or work is being performed for pool and garden maintenance, or during a check in meet and greet. Other things to note Please note pets are allowed, but a fee of $100 is required as there is extra care needed to clean the house for following guests.
