Cary Lake Guesthouse - Slice of Heaven

Awake refreshed and ready for a day exploring in the City of Columbia! This guest house overlooking the private Cary Lake is centrally located in the neighborhood of Arcadia Lakes. You will be within 10 minutes of downtown, USC, and Fort Jackson. You’ll be close to everything in the capital, but far enough to enjoy a relaxing trip. Cook in your own kitchen, clean up in the remodeled bathroom, and sink into the soft bed after seeing the city. The space Enjoy staying in our private guest house. Myself, my husband, our 3 year old, newborn baby, and our 8 year old dog live on the property, but are committed to providing our guests their privacy. Our dog remains in the main house and comes outside mainly in the morning and at night. He does not go in or near the guesthouse. Relax and find comfort in the park like setting that is our backyard. Guest access There is a private lake located at the back of the property. Fishing and swimming are permitted but please be aware that we are located on the shallow end of the lake. If you find yourself admiring the view from the dock, please be aware that we are currently working to repair it and we advise against using it at this point in time. We ask that guests do not use the fire pit or grill located in the courtyard at this time. ***PLEASE KNOW THAT THE HOA FOR THE LAKE DRAINS THE LAKE A FEW TIMES DURING THE FALL/WINTER TO CONTROL VEGETATION AND POLLUTION. THE LAKE RESEMBLES A MARSH DURING THOSE TIMES.***
