Other things to note We kindly ask guests to treat the condo with the same care and respect you would your own home. While there is no onsite staff available 24/7, any issues that arise will be addressed as promptly as possible, and I’m always happy to assist via message. Tidewater HOA Guidelines • Guests must be at least 25 years old to book and the booking guest must stay at the property (no third-party reservations). • No pets allowed — strictly enforced by the resort. • No smoking or parties permitted.
