Enjoy a quiet home base while exploring Bremerton, Seattle, and the Kitsap Peninsula. This private apartment offers a convenient location just eight minutes from the Bremerton to Seattle ferry. This space features a private, no-step entrance and covered parking. Inside you will find a separate bedroom, a comfortable living room with a fold-out sofa, a private bathroom and a kitchenette. A washer and dryer located in the apartment. Restaurants, coffees shops, and grocery stores are close by. The space This warm and natural wood paneled vintage space offers a bedroom with a queen bed and sitting area. The large living room has a full size sofa bed, a 52” TV with DVD player, VCR, PS5 and Roku & WiFi. The dining area has a table for your work space or eating. The bathroom has a shower and complimentary necessities if needed. There is a kitchen area with a double sink, microwave, toaster, hot water carafe, refrigerator with freezer as well as a Keurig with coffee pods and sugar and creamer. There is no stove or oven. Adjacent to the bathroom area is a full size washer and dryer, with supplies, a folding table, utility sink and indoor clothes lines. The large west-facing windows in the bedroom room and living room offer plenty of light and views of the garden and the mountains. Outside of your door is an area with a table and chairs for your morning coffee or evening beverage. This daylight basement apartment is part of a permanent residence. The host lives in the upper level of home but makes every effort to be quiet and respect your privacy. We are not able to accommodate children or pets. Guest access You have a private, no-step entrance ten feet from your personal covered parking space. There are no stairs in the apartment and there is a six inch step into the shower. The apartment is accessed via a personal keypad code for independent entry. Other things to note From the nearby ferry terminal, you can travel directly to downtown Seattle, arriving within walking distance of the Pike Place Market, the new waterfront park, and the stadium district. Here for the World Cup? Forget traffic and parking, simply walk the 10-15 minutes from the Seattle ferry terminal to Lumen Field. There is local bus transportation a five minute walk from the apartment. If you want to spend time outdoors, the forested trails at the Illahee Preserve are just 1.5 miles away for peaceful place to walk and enjoy nature. Lions Park, with a sandy beach on Dyes inlet and paved walking paths is also nearby. We supply bottled water, juice, other beverages. Our complimentary basket also contains an assortment of snacks, and there are cereals and soups in the kitchen area.
