Condo in Ocean City

Clean linens, towels, toilet paper, paper towels & more! The space Condo is one bedroom with two full size beds, a closet to store luggage, and a smart Tv. Off of the bedroom is the fully stocked kitchen and living space. Relax in the living room on the luxury LoveSac couch or sit on the oversized balcony as you watch the boats go by. Guest access Guests will have exclusive use of the condo unit. Please note that the condo is on the third floor and only accessible by use of stairs. Other things to note All guests must abide by the condo association rules as posted. This is a residential property, so we ask all guests to be respectful of others and avoid noise, loud voices. The Ocean City Noise ordinance is strictly enforced. The condo is strictly no smoking including the deck. We provide one parking space for your stay. There is also ample free street parking for additional vehicles and all parking areas are well lit. Our condo association strictly prohibits any animals in any units, so we cannot allow any pets. HOA is very strict with the following rules: No items to be hung on balcony railings (towels, bathing suits, etc) No items to be stored outside on the public walkways including out in front of our front door (shoes, beach chairs, towels, etc.) No smoking on balcony’s or in unit No running on walkways around other units No yelling off the balcony Quiet hours 10:00PM-8:00AM Thanks for your cooperation and understanding!
