The space ☆☆ BEDROOMS ☆☆ The cabin offers 3 large bedrooms. The master bedroom includes a memory foam King bed, an ensuite bath with walk in shower and jetted whirlpool tub. The second bedroom has a King memory foam bed and a view of snow summit. The third bedroom has a view of snow summit a queen bed and a bunk bed with full bed on bottom and twin on top. High-quality linen and pillows in all bedrooms make sure you get a great night’s sleep. ☆☆ KITCHEN & LOUNGE ☆☆ The fully-equipped kitchen is outfitted with appliances for your meal preparation pleasure. A Keurig Supreme coffee maker with pods provided for your early morning fix. You’ll find all high quality cookware, dishes, and utensils to prepare light snacks, cook, bake, and dine together for family meals. Ease into massive 1200 sqft living room with its stone masonry fireplace that creates the cozy, nostalgic atmosphere you didn’t even know you were looking for! Kick back and relax on the comfy sofa, watch a movie or play a game of pool right in the living room. ☆☆ OUTSIDE SPACE ☆☆ The massive front deck has a scenic view of Snow Summit with patio furniture and outdoor dining table. The backyard is nestled up against a nature preserve which offers expansive views of the surrounding forest. Enjoy the jacuzzi and fire pit surrounded by nature while you bbq after a long day of adventures. ☆☆ GAME ROOM ☆☆ The Game Room is great place to hang out with family and friends. Take in a movie theatre experience or watch the game on an 85 inch Theater TV with Dolby Atmos surround sound. Disney+ and Netflix is fully included for the kids as well. Relive the classic video games with your children on the Retrocade which has over 6000 of your favorite games from multiple consoles. Also has a professional grade foosball table and soft tip dartboard. ☆☆ NEIGHBORHOOD ☆☆ Castle Glen Estates is considered the nicest neighborhood in Big Bear with massive cabins carved into the mountainside and expansive views. The property is surrounded by a nature preserve and is a five minute walk to the shores of Big Bear Lake, an 8 minute walk to the Alpine path which runs along the shore. Grocery stores and food are less than a mile away. Snow summit is 2.5 miles and Bear mountain is 2 miles. The property has a scenic view of snow summit from the front deck and out the massive a frame cabin windows. License Number: VRR-2022-0651 Guest access Guests will be able to enjoy the entire cabin and ample parking for 3 cars in the driveway. Other things to note Guests are required to take their trash to a provided dump site (per City Code) Parking & Snow Chain Requirements: We have ample parking spaces in the driveway for 3 cars. Street parking is not allowed whatsoever. During winter months (November-April) all vehicles, including 4x4 must always carry tire chains. Check local conditions before you travel and verify if chains will be required to drive. NO Smoking Allowed anywhere in house or on property. Fines up to 1K for smoking. City of Big Bear Lake ""Good Neighbor Policy"" Enforced At All Times- Quiet hours of 10PM to 7AM. No Over Occupancy Or Street Parking Allowed. No Parties Or Noise Violations. 4X4/Chains REQUIRED In Winter Occupancy: 9 Max (6 Adults max). Infants count towards maximum. No Exceptions as city of Big Bear Lake will enforce.
