This 1300sq ft, 2 story end-unit condo with 4 balconies is a short 5 min walk to the beach and is in a 9-unit complex. You can enjoy some R&R away from the hustle of Ocean Blvd and the larger resorts. Don't worry about having to wait on the elevator either- you'll quickly get all your vacation supplies through the front door. The complex features an outdoor pool that is open from April 1st to October 1st. Nestled on the second floor accessible by two short flights of stairs, our retreat promises a haven of relaxation and convenience. Upon entry, a sense of tranquility envelops you. The main floor unfolds to reveal a thoughtfully designed space housing the kitchen, dining area, living room, and two inviting balconies. Sink into the plush embrace of the large, cozy couch and oversized chair in the living room, centered around a sprawling 70-inch smart TV—an ideal gathering spot for entertainment and relaxation. Step outside onto the spacious balcony overlooking the pool, furnished with a dining table and chairs, offering an ideal setting for delightful al fresco dining. A handy storage closet on this balcony stands ready to accommodate all your beach essentials during your stay. Additionally, a dedicated workspace equipped with a desk facilitates seamless remote work experiences. A convenient half bath on this level adds to the practicality of the space. The well-appointed kitchen boasts ample storage and is fully equipped with a coffee pot, toaster, dishes, silverware, and cookware—everything you need to whip up delicious meals. Enjoy your morning coffee on the smaller balcony off the front of the condo while soaking in the serene surroundings. Ascend to the second floor and find a spacious hallway leading to the laundry area, available for your convenience. Both bedrooms on this level exude a primary suite feel, each offering king-sized beds, two closets, a dresser, and an ensuite bath for ultimate privacy. Cable TVs in both bedrooms provide entertainment, while the balconies accessible through sliding doors allow for seamless indoor-outdoor living on pleasant weather days. Please note that the pool is only open from April to September. Conveniently situated near restaurant row, Barefoot Landing, and numerous golf courses, our condo is centrally located to Myrtle Beach's attractions and dining hotspots. Up to 2 dogs are permitted, and allowed on the beach all year. But only before 10 am and after 5 pm from Memorial Day to Labor Day. A pet fee of $100 for the first pet and $50 for the second applies. Please inform us of your pet(s) upon booking, specifying breed and size for approval. Any potential pet-related damages will be addressed and charged upon check-out. Guest access We have a parking lot for all guest that is free. You will get a parking tag to hang in your car. Let your self in easlily with a code. No waiting in line or having to go pick up keys! Other things to note Snow Birds we do offer longer stay discounts. Message us for more info on discounts and length of time! The cleaning fee includes full cleaning upon check-out and inspection. It Also includes all clean linens including sheets, comforters, bath towels and wash cloths. Starter rolls of toliet paper and paper towels based on your length of stay. We have a washer and dryer but do not provide laundry detergent. Please bring your own Beach towels. This is not a hotel so the unit will not be cleaned daily. Our Pest control company will need access to the unit once a month on the second Wednesday. There is a $250 penalty fee charged for evidence of hosting a party. $250 Fee for Smoking in the unit. We also welcome your furr babies! Dogs are allowed on the beach before 10am and after 5pm Memorial day to Labor Day and anytime the rest of the year! We allow up to 2 dogs. The pet fee is $100 for the first pet and $50 for the second. Please let us know upon booking if you will be bringing a pet along with the breed and size. The pet must be approved prior to arrival. Any damage the pet causes will be charged upon check out.
