Ideally located in River Run Village so you’re just steps away from shopping, restaurants and festivities. Plus, you're a short walk from the high-speed gondola. The space The entryway has a mounted hooks and a bench for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living area features a flat screen TV mounted above a beautiful gas fireplace. There's also a Murphy bed that can be pulled out at night for additional sleeping arrangements. Extra sheets and blankets are in a closet. The private balcony is just off the living area and offers scenic views. The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware you need to make a meal away from home and features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The dining area comfortably seats four with three additional seats at the breakfast bar. There is a half bathroom near the entryway and it has a pedestal sink, shower with sliding glass doors and its own entrance to the primary bath toilet area. Both bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. The primary bedroom features a queen-sized bed and a flat screen TV. The en suite bathroom has double sinks and a shower/tub combination with a door separating the toilet area for added privacy. *Please note the Expedition Station HOA will begin charging $8 a day for parking starting November 1st, 2025* Please note: To reserve this property, the reservation holder must be at least 24 years old at the time of booking. More space means daily housekeeping is not a cost-effective option, not to mention it would infringe on the home-like feel and added privacy a vacation rental offers. Here's what you can expect at one of our vacation rentals. We offer a departure clean and a starter supply of some consumables, including coffee, paper towels, toilet paper and more. To restock or purchase any other needed items, we encourage guests to visit the local grocery store or take advantage of a grocery delivery service. We also offer 24/7 customer service with a full staff during the day and emergency on-call support overnight. Self-sufficiency is key to a happy stay in a vacation rental. We do provide housekeeping and maintenance services, but these are primarily for vacation rentals in between stays. Our staff services vacation rentals across several square miles, unlike a hotel that manages a single building. We have to strike a balance between cost and service, and have found that our current system has struck the right balance as most of our guests are satisfied with their stays.
