Snakes while never seen could be a possibility. We have quarterly pest control and monthly in the summer. No refunds if you encounter pests. You get to exterminate or liberate any pests you see. Guest access 120 acres to wander. Petting zoo is assessable by the huge oak tree near the wooden house. Go to the local Tractor Supply Store for goat snacks. We also have snacks for the animals for $15. It’s cheaper at the Tractor Supply store. The animals roam around and are friendly. Rent our EZ-Go Golf Cart to enjoy our Hill Country views. $100 a day plus tax. Includes charger. Early check in fees are $25 per hour. Check in is 4pm. Check out is 11am.
