The private condo is located on the second and third floors (no unit above you) in Coquina, an exclusive 42-unit complex directly on Crescent beach. Recently renovated, the condo features a fully updated and equipped kitchen, including stainless appliances and quartz counters with two counter stools for additional seating. The living room includes comfortable seating and a 65" HD LED smart TV for your viewing enjoyment along with breathtaking views of the beach. Enjoy your morning coffee on the furnished balcony while you watch the sunrise and enjoy the waves on Crescent beach. There is a full bathroom downstairs with a walk in shower. Upstairs, the master bedroom includes a king size bed, a 55" HD LED smart TV, and amazing views of the ocean. The second bedroom includes two full size beds and a 40" smart TV. There is also a full bathroom with tub upstairs. The unit is fully stocked with nice linens, towels, hairdryer, iron, pillows, cleaning supplies, kitchen basics and a selection of board games and books to provide all the comforts of home. Complimentary toiletries are also provided. The condo also includes free highspeed WiFi and cable TV and is professionally cleaned and sterilized between each rental. The unit does not allow pets for any renters or guests. When headed to the beach, enjoy private access and complimentary use of four (4) beach chairs, an umbrella and four (4) beach towels. This well maintained, beachfront complex offers community access to swimming pools, tennis, basketball and shuffleboard courts, a community overlook area- including tables and loungers, with views of both the intercoastal and the beach- perfect for viewing the sunrise or sunset! Located only 13 miles downtown St. Augustine, on Anastasia Island, this condo is in the perfect location for family fun! This condo offers self check-in via keypad. There is also a lock box with key, if needed. Guests are allowed to park one (1) vehicle in the spaces closest to the building and up to an additional three (3) additional vehicles onsite. Large vehicles and additional cars must park in the outer perimeter spaces. All other guests will need to park along A1A. No motor homes are allowed on the property. Boats/trailers, jet skis/trailers, or other recreational equipment brought onto Coquina property by a guest or renters must have prior approval by the site manager or the Board of Directors. My husband and I absolutely love the beach and have dreamed of a second home right on the beach for many years. After staying on Crescent beach in various homes over the years, we were thrilled to be able to purchase our own beach retreat and be able to share the relaxing get away spot with others! We are local to the area (have lived in Jacksonville for more than 20 years) and are available for support for whatever is needed. We will be readily available via phone or text and can help with any condo needs as well as suggestions for activities and cuisine. The beach is literally a few steps away with private access. Downtown St. Augustine is just 13 miles away and is home to the Oldest Schoolhouse, Pirate Museum, Fort, old jail and some of the most amazing cuisine you will find. Take a stroll down Saint George street or take a tour of Flagler campus. You can take a trolley or ghost tour, go to many museums..so many sights and history to explore while making memories with your family! Coquina is a non-smoking property, except in designated smoking area. Absolutely no smoking is allowed in the unit or on the balcony. Property is not pet friendly.
