The space The house is 3 bedrooms, all upstairs. One with a King, one with a queen, one with a full. The workout room upstairs has a sofa bed and is equipped with a treadmill, hand weights and a Nordic flex. There is also a full bath upstairs. Downstairs there is a den, dining room that seats 8-10, a sun room, kitchen and half bath. There are three Tv's with Roku. There is a desk and seating area in the master. The guest bedroom has a vanity and seating area. There is a desk in the sunroom. Guest access The driveway allows for up to four cars. Uber and Lyfts are typically easy and affordable. There are restaurants two blocks away on 15th Street within walking distance. Other things to note The Award Winning Gathering Place is a "must see" and is only 1.5 miles away. There is a walking path close by. There are fun restaurants and bars on 15th Street which is two blocks away..Mi Cocina, Tuccis, Praire Fire Pizza, The Palace, Hideaway Pizza and Roosevelts. Woodward Park and the Garden Center are only 4 blocks away. Utica Square shopping and dining are only 1 mile away.
