Spa use requires 48 hours advance notice; instructions in top step next to the spa along w/towels & robes. NO lock on bedroom/bathroom---doorstop provided. NO parking in parking spaces, park on Grand Bend Dr (straight part only)--approx. 50' from the property. NO shoes in the house; socks or slippers are welcome! NO eating in the bedroom. Friendly & tame (but barks a lot) 4 pound Female Maltipoo (her name is Celine) in residence There is a full bath (shower, toilet and sink) in the basement for your use as well. Guest access Full use of kitchen EXCEPT my food. Electric outlets outside and Wireless throughout the house and on the deck. Quiet hours are between midnight and 6 am--please keep the TV volume low and use the lamps on the nightstands instead of the ceiling lights, especially at night. Keyless Front Door Lock, the combination is the last 4 of your registered mobile #. There's a cabinet if you wish to keep some food segregated. Use whatever space you can find in the refrigerator. A Passive generator kicks in automatically if the electricity ever goes out. During your stay I work from home (in the basement) so do not ever feel as if you are bothering or imposing--you're not! Feel free to come downstairs to say hello, good-bye or just to chat. I typically am up no later than 5am daily (yes, even on weekends) and typically retire fairly early in the evening (often before 8pm). We try to keep Celine (the dog) quiet especially in the morning.
