Located In a 3.5 acre forest, two acre lake adjacent Spring fed lake good for swimming. 6 ceiling fans. Garage is not included. Perfect place to relax. Quiet couple lives above garage / separate entrance. The space The house is surrounded by forest. If you're looking for a quiet place to relax you found it. Feel free to take a walk through the forest on one of the trails. The garage and attic are not part of the rental. The climate control system allows each bedroom to have its own thermostat separate from the living area, 4 zones. On demand hot water heater means you will never run out of hot water. There are built in USB outlets in the two king bedrooms. Guest access Parking is on the cement pad in front of the house and on the right side of the gravel driveway. Feel free to take a walk through the forest on one of the trails to the lake. The garage and attic are not part of the rental. Other things to note We do not use scented products or air fresheners. We use non scented laundry detergent. We do not spray any scented products in the house. We open the doors and windows and air the house out between guests. Access to the lake is a trail through the forest, no lake access by car. Swimming and water sports are invited. No fishing please.
