Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Quiet lake, great for fishing & relaxing or to spend the day playing in the water! The lake offers a large sand bar, a family friendly restaurant which hosts live music & raffles, and is great for paddle boarding. 2 miles away is the golf course and the community center which has tennis courts & a baseball diamond. About 20 miles either way is Grand Rapids or Hibbing MN, which both offer numerous restaurants and bars to enjoy! Entire house to yourself right on the water. Lakeshore, fire pit, gazebo and dock access right in the back yard! Boat rentals are offered through different vendors in Grand Rapids and Hibbing and you're more than welcome to dock the boat at the property. Free parking on the premises as well as free street parking if needed. Three bedrooms in total, two upstairs one downstairs. In the front guest bedroom there is a queen bed with a closet full of games, puzzles, coloring books and playing cards. In the primary bedroom there is a comfortable king bed, a rocking chair to unwind and a private 1/2 bath. The third bedroom, in the basement, offers a queen bed, shared access to the full basement bathroom and the linen closet with extra bedding, blankets, and towels! In the basement there's additional beds; one twin bunk bed set and one stand alone twin bed. In total we can accommodate up to 9 guests. There are two living areas with TV's that each offer Netflix, Amazon Prime, Youtube TV and more streaming services at your disposal. Updated kitchen with all stainless steel appliances and all the kitchen supplies you might need. We also have an outdoor bbq grill with propane included and outdoor seating on the lower deck. Again, plenty of parking space in the driveway, but please don't park on the grass or the septic system adjacent to the driveway. We have two kayaks available for use to all guests and an inflatable paddle board as well as life jackets and beach towels. In addition, we provide firewood, and chairs for around the fire. The lake itself is relatively sandy and has a gradual declining slope, great for playing with kids or relaxing in your inflatables! We have no shared spaces on the property. Guests are able to access the entire house, yard, driveway, and lakeshore, as well as the dock during their stay. We have one locked door for the space under the stairs, so please refrain from attempting to enter, thank you! Guests are able check in on their own and access the property with a lock box or electronic keypad. Hosts will be available by phone should any questions or concerns come up. The house is located on a quiet side road right on the water. Less than 2 miles from a golf course and community center. Hibbing and Grand Rapids each about 20 minutes away. Great fishing lake that also offers a sand bar for swimming and a restaurant that offers boat parking. There are many outdoor activities at your disposal throughout the seasons from golfing at the Swan Lake country club, paddle boarding on the lake, biking the expansive Mesabi Trails, fishing all year round or snowmobiling the Itasca County Trails in the winter. In addition, there is the restaurant on the lake which offers live music in the summer, a beach volleyball court, and raffles. In Grand Rapids you can also check out the Tall Timber days event or the Riverfest music event on their respective dates. You can enjoy local breweries and wineries in Grand Rapids such as Rapids Brewing Company or Unwind Up North both of which offer outdoor live music most weekends! In addition, the “jet” tub on main level is not in use as the jets have been broken, but it still functions perfectly as a regular soaking tub. Also, the fireplace upstairs is not in use- its merely decorative at this point in time! To ensure safety of guests and property there are two security cameras running 24/7. One is placed at the front door to monitor the front entrance & driveway while the other is on the detached lower garage monitoring the back entrance as well as the yard.
