The distribution includes: A large living room with two balconies and a three-meter sofa Master bedroom with balcony, two 90 x 200 cm beds, large dressing room, and private bathroom with large bathtub and hydromassage shower. Double bedroom with balcony, two beds measuring 90 x 200 cm, two wardrobes and en-suite bathroom with hydromassage shower. Guest toilet with access from the lobby and from one of the bedrooms. A fully equipped kitchen with full table utensils and everything you need for cooking. Dining room with large table measuring 90 x 200 cm (extendable up to 240 cm) and smart TV. The TVs are ready for you to comfortably enjoy your favorite series and movies, perfect for unplugging and chilling after a day dedicated to work or study. In order to do laundry: There are two laundry areas: one inside Moon and one in the common lobby that serves the rest of the house. Each has a washer and dryer tower, plus cleaning supplies available for guests. This space is designed to make your stay as comfortable and practical as possible, ideal for those who come to Madrid to work or study. The privacy of each bedroom and fully equipped common areas offer the perfect balance between rest, concentration and enjoyment. The apartment will be ready after 3:30 pm, feel free to consult me if you arrive earlier in Madrid. -This property does not allow parties or similar to be held. -The tenant will be required to sign a seasonal lease. This contract respects the original conditions of your reservation and must include the duration of the contract, indicating that the purpose of the lease is not the indefinite occupancy of the property, nor dedicate it to the usual dwelling as well as the habitual residence of the tenant, the address where he is registered and describe the reason for the lease. -Please be aware that if the day of your arrival coincides with the day you booked, we cannot guarantee that the apartment is ready for your entry before 5:30 pm. - We have fiber optic WiFi internet throughout the house. - There is a laundry room with an ironing board, iron, washer, and dryer. - If you wish to smoke, you can do so on the balconies.
