Natural light & large windows. 1/2 acre lot that has a fenced in yard & is great for family activities. Heated Screened porch to use anytime! Master suite w/ walk-in shower & use of closets during stay. Fresh linens & towels will be provided. Use the free wifi, & multiple tv set up w/ Netflix, Disney, Spotify music, etc. The space Guest can use every space except the blocked off portions of the basement, master walk in closet, riding tractor and storage shed. The rest of the spaces are open to guest use. Please don't try and ride any bikes or additional items in the garage. kids toys are available to use and have fun with. Guest access Access to kitchen, laundry and all common areas. 2 car garage is available also. Street parking available for all guests along Waukesha St. There are two TV’s controlled by remote access via Control 4 entertainment system. Living room is also hooked up to Sonos system to watch games, movies and music services like Spotify. There is an iPhone to control all of these items and instruction manual set up to show you how to use them easily.. Large 1/2 acre lot open to play games or relax and enjoy the weather. Wood deck, patio and fire pit open to use outside only. 10 person teak table and chairs available to use. Gas grill is natural gas so no need for propane tanks! Instructions in guide book to its use and care. There are roasting accessories for marshmallows and hotdogs in the laundry closet. Instructions to set a great fire also in the home guide. Other things to note We have extra air bed that is a queen size bed. Plus we have a pack&play for use too.
