Beautiful, clean & private house on a cal-de-sac!

This beautiful, spacious home is located only a few blocks from the main road leading straight to the beach. It's located 7 miles from Panama City Beach! This Clean, comfortable, & cozy space is a completely private house situated on a cal-de-sac in the heart of Panama City. This uniquely decorated home features a coffee & tea bar, extra comfortable beds / bedding and a private, screened in back porch. MUST BE 25 TO BOOK! The space Our space features stainless-steel appliances & a fully equipped kitchen. The master bedroom offers a king size pillow-top bed & a private bathroom. 2 additional rooms feature queen size pillow-top beds. The kids will sleep soundly in the 4th bedroom which is on the opposite side of the main 3 bedrooms. The kid's room is equipped with an exterior door as well as extra insulation which helps with noise reduction. It also features a futon bunk-bed, and a daybed with a trundle. There is also a queen sized fold-out bed located inside the couch. All rooms include a smart TV and a Firestick, with HBOmax, Showtime, Hulu, Netflix and FOX Nation on them. You may login to your own accounts, just make sure you log out of them before you leave. We aren't responsible for any charges to your account that may occur from other guests resulting from failure to log out or your private accounts. Guest access You will get a lock code about an hour before check in. Guests booking the reservation must be 25 years or older to reserve. The nightly price is for up to 4 guest. Any additional guests is a $20 extra charge per guest. Any unregistered guest that stays without notifying us is a $50 charge per night the guest stays. Other things to note Free WiFi is included in your stay. We are not responsible for any power outages or service interruptions of any kind if any were to occur during your stay. There is a Ring Doorbell with a camera on the front door for added security (yours & ours) that records when activated by motion. We have live and recorded video as needed though apps on our phones. There is no other recording devices on the property, but please behave as if there are. Any issue that Guest has with the Unit shall be immediately reported to Manager via the phone number listed in the rental Unit's directions and entry instructions. Guest understands that Manager and Owner shall have a reasonable amount of time to restore the Unit to acceptable conditions, and that any issues presented to Manager by Guest not preventing reasonable and habitable occupancy of the Unit shall not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give the Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment. Pests: Please understand, we are backed up to an old canal and in close proximity to wooded areas. You might see or encounter wildlife including, but not limited to: raccoon, opossums, birds, bees, wasps, mosquitoes, spiders, ants, crickets, palmetto bugs, tree roaches and roly-poly's. These creatures reside in nature, and we have no control over them. We do ask that you try and keep the doors closed as much as possible to reduce these instances. This home is on a regular pest service schedule. However, we cannot control mother nature. We do not offer any refunds if you encounter any critters. Guest also understands that the Florida Panhandle is located in a tropical/subtropical climate, and that insects, rodents and lizards flourish in this environment. Although Owner will use its best efforts to hold to a minimum your interaction with these pests during your stay, Guest understands that any contact by Guest with such a pest within or outside the unit does not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment. -This home is in a residential neighborhood. Out of respect for the neighbors/neighborhood we ask that you keep the noises to a minimum. Asolutely NO loud noises or parties. If you can't be respectful and abide by these rules the authorities will be notified. You will immediately be asked to leave. Your security deposit will be forfeited and no refund will be given for the remaining nights of your reservation. -No Reservations to Adults under the age of 25 -No pets !!! Our amazing cleaner is highly allergic to pets, for this reason we do not allow pets. We also understand that things happen. If you absolutely need to bring a pet please let us know. With proper notification we will arrange for a maid service to clean instead. Please be aware that the maid service fees are almost double that of our regular cleaner. If you do bring a pet of ANY TYPE, your cleaning fee will be increased by $150.00 with absolutely no exceptions. -No smoking, There is an ashtray located outside of the screened in porch. Please keep it outside of the screened-in porch. The curtains will absorb the smoke smell. Failure to keep the porch smoke-free will result in an additional $100 cleaning fee. Failure to keep the house smoke free will be an additional $250 charge. -No use of illegal substances -No unregistered guests. A $50 charge per night will be added for every unlisted guest -Please don't block neighbor's driveway -Please be courteous of surrounding neighbors, This is a super friendly and quiet working class neighborhood. (I raised my twins in this neighborhood). -It's not necessary but we ask that you remove your shoes while in the house. We often host families with babies and crawling children and it assists in sanitation. It's appreciated but required. Thank you :) -We realize you are paying a cleaning fee but we strive to keep that fee as low as possible. With that being said we also know that you're probably on vacation. We want your stay to be as pleasant & stress free as possible. For these reasons we don't require you to jump through any hoops upon checking out. We do ask that you use your best judgement and try to help make (Lilly) Our cleaner's job as stress free as possible. -Check out time is 10:00. Please be mindful of this. Even with a 10:00 check out time the house is not easy to be properly cleaned ready by 4:00. You'll be charged $75.00 for every half hour past 10:00. Registration Details 201699
