The space This condo is located on the top floor with incredible views of the ocean. It is right across the street from North Beach, a great tidal beach. If the tide is high, head over to Hampton Beach, which is only about a 1.5 mile away. There is an elevator and suitcase trolley in the entrance to make it easier for you to bring things in and out. Guest access You will have access to the entire condo and 1 parking spot. There are coin-operated laundry machines in the building. Other things to note North Beach is tidal, so be sure to check the tide chart if you want to be sure you have full access during the day. If not, Hampton Beach is just about a short distance away with a sandy beach, restaurants, and arcades.
