There is a king-size air mattress (located in the front coat closet), that fits very comfortably in the large living room. Available if the reservation is for more than 6 guests or, upon request. The pool is closed from Oct 1st to March 10th every year, Pool opens on March 10th, and can be heated from March 10th to May 10th at an additional cost. The pool will not be heated from May 10th to Sep 31st. The hot tub is/can be heated year-round at no extra cost. Additional instructions for the water fountain, heater, and jets for hot tub operations are located inside the home, on the wall between the patio door and the dry bar.
