The property primarily set up for families with children, but can accommodate 7 adults comfortably. The living room offers an extremely comfortable power-recliner sectional with seating for 6 which is perfectly situated in front of a wood fireplace and a 55 inch tv. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and everything you need to chef it up! Refrigerator, dishwasher, electric stove, oven, microwave, cups, plates, silverware, toaster, and a blender. Mini Keurig is also available. We do provide a handful of hot chocolate and coffee k cups for our guest to enjoy. We also provide complementary dish soap and dishwasher detergent. Both bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels, sample body lotion, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, toothbrush, Colgate toothpaste, Neutrogena makeup removal wipes, shower caps, and a complementary razor. Inside the master bedroom you'll find a comfortable King bed and night stands with Magsafe chargers built in conveniently for your phone and apple watches. Steps away is a private balcony that overlooks a well manicured backyard. There is also a workplace with desk, chair, and work light. The loft area is located up one flight of stairs and is equipped with a futon that doubles as a full bed. There is also a variety of family friendly board games. On the wall is a mounted Pac-man arcade, magnetic darts, deer pong, and a 55 inch Tv to enjoy. In the summer months, enjoy the weather rain/shine on the partially covered outdoor deck equipped with a patio furniture. The deck lights can be turned on to set the perfect mood throughout the night. In the backyard, six chairs surround a fire pit with a perfect view of the stars. Firewood is not provided. The Winter months are an absolute delight. The property is equipped with a pellet stove that keeps guest and the entire house warm and cozy, even when the mountain weather drops to single digits. The area is absolutely serene when it snows. Hit the back yard and build a snowman or enjoy a fire with the family. Guest access Guests will have full access to the entire property, as well as FREE access to all the amenities that Saw Creek Estates has to offer, including indoor/outdoor pools, tennis courts, fitness center, ski hill, and more. Other things to note KEEP IN MIND: There is tenant registration form required by my community, Saw Creek Estates, that must be filled out prior to arrival. The form can be signed digitally and requires a name, address, and signature. There are many rentals within my community and unfortunately, not every renter has the best intentions when booking or attempts to bring more guest than initially mentioned.
