Sitting on a hilltop right on Lake Travis with stunning lake views and sunsets, this Villa is artfully decorated to provide true comfort and style for your stay. Large windows throughout with plenty of natural light makes this open floor plan feel like a breath of fresh air. A fully stocked kitchen that accommodates all your cooking and mealtime needs and brings everyone together. The living area offers an oversized lounge couch allowing you to unwind and relax from the city life or an active day. Experience amazing Hill Country sunsets and views of Lake Travis conveniently from the balcony or take advantage of the many resort style amenities of The Hollows. With stylish and comfortable new furnishings, this Villa is the perfect place to relax and recharge before heading out to the miles of paved and native trails throughout the Hollows community. Head down to the Hollows Beach Club for dip in the pool or hot tub, enjoy drinks and food poolside at the restaurant, or cook up your own meal at the Hilltop Smokehouse. The community has a playground, pickle ball and basketball courts, kayak clubs and several launch areas to launch kayaks, providing endless entertainment and fun for the whole family. NOTE: The Hollows boat ramp is temporarily closed due to low water levels in the lake. The pools are not heated. During cooler months, the hot tub is heated on weekends. 3 cozy bedrooms featuring a King, Queen and bunk beds, and 2 baths so you and your closest friends or family can come together for an exciting and relaxing adventure. This Villa is conveniently located in the heart of Hill Country, giving you easy access to local wineries and distilleries, restaurants and all the fun Austin has to offer. This is a home that has a little bit of something for everyone! Guest access Once your booking is confirmed, immediately send via the Airbnb messaging platform a photo of your ID (this should match the name of the reservation) and the names of all guests staying at the Villa, including any children. Please note, any individuals not named on the list are NOT AUTHORIZED to be on the property, so please make sure this information is updated. Acknowledgement of House Rules is required before reservation can be confirmed. Other things to note We know, rules aren’t always exciting, but they’re a must so that we can provide you with the highest quality experience possible. Below you’ll find some ways to keep this location in tip-top shape for you! 1. Minimum booking age is 25 years old. 2. Guests agree to provide photo identification to host to verify name, address, phone number, and age. If this is not provided withing 48 hours of booking, host has the right to cancel the booking without penalty. 3.This is a non-smoking property. Absolutely no smoking of any kind is permitted inside the Villa or on the balcony. If any evidence of smoking is found or any smoke odor is found in the Villa after your departure, a minimum $1000 cleaning fee will be charged to the Guest. 4. No pets or animals of any kind allowed inside the Villa. If there is any evidence of pets or animals found after your departure, a minimum $1000 cleaning fee will be charged to the Guest. 5. Only the individuals named in the reservation are authorized to be on the property. Anyone not provided on the list is unauthorized to be in the Villa or at The Hollows facilities and will be vacated immediately. 6. No events allowed. 7. No loud music or noise is allowed before 9 AM or after 10 PM. 8. No firepits or bbq grills on the balcony. Please note there are plenty bbq grills available for your use at the Hilltop Smokehouse or the Beach Club. The Hollows is a large community and we recommend renting a golf cart to fully enjoy this luxurious resort style community. HVR golf cart rentals is conveniently located at The Hollows and we will put you in touch with them upon booking. Parking is first come, first serve and free. Please note minimum age requirement to book this Villa is 25.
