The condo-like living quarters features new flooring, Queen Bed, Kitchenette, TV, Table with Seating, Closet, Additional Seating Area & a well-equipped Bath (Shower, Sink w. Vanity & Toilet). AC & Heat provided by a spilt unit. Overhead Fan & Air Circulation Tower also provided for additional comfort. ENJOY:: New Queen Sized Bamboo Blended Mattress, Fresh Quality Linens & Natural Soaps and Toiletries. KITCHENETTE: Features Sink, Fridge, Microwave, Portable 2-Eye Stove Top, Toaster Oven, Convection Oven, Hand-Held Blender, Coffee Pot & Electric Kettle. Simple stemware, dish ware, glasses & cookware provided. Common condiments and spices are provided as well. (For additional context): The convection oven is twice as large as the microwave oven that is pictured in the listing description and much larger than the standard-sized toaster oven provided. BATH: Features a marble sink basin and vanity mirror with plenty of room for storing toiletries. The entire apt. has been remodeled but the shower has not. It does however, work extremely well despite the lack of luster! Natural soaps & toiletries provided. Extras: A thorough logbook is provided, packed with eating, educational & entertainment ideas! Locally focussed books & magazines are provided as well, to keep you in-the-know of all the local happenings! Perfect for guests who are ready to explore! Side Note: *On 3/1/21 the bed frame was professionally serviced to address any previous concerns about the 'squeakiness' of the frame. Guest access Guests enjoy a private, well-equipped, ground floor, garage apartment with outdoor seating & private parking. Privacy respected but on-site assistance avail, if requested. Other things to note Please note we live in a lovely “No Spray Zone” meaning we have a healthy ecosystem with bugs, lizards, tree frogs, hummingbirds, butterflies and more! The “and more” does include mosquitos!!! Bug repellant provided. The suite and furnishings are extremely clean and fresh but if your nose is extra sensitive please note the suite is not advertised as hypo-allergenic. Cleaning products used are mostly natural but some chemical based products are used as to disinfect. Smoking is allowed outside. Two cats live in the main part of the house (although not in the suite). As this unit is attached to a house and in a neighborhood, faint noises may be heard from your neighbors (but this is not a noisy area). All neighbors are friendly and respectful & expect the same.
