It has a large front porch and spacious fenced backyard. After using our fully stocked kitchen, you'll be able to wine and dine on a table for 8. "Old Annie", our star featured on the mural painted on the outdoor wall. Families will be able to play board games or snuggle in the living room and favorite movies. Working remotely? There's a space for you as well! I have put thought in to what I enjoy when I've stayed at others homes and tried to bring this to you. It is very old and it shows. There's only old windows and building supplies so attempting to snoop is not worth someone getting injured ;) Other things to note > Only 1 dog allowed, under 50#, unless host approves otherwise. > Home must be renewed each time after 30 days. An extended stay thereafter is possible for less than 30 days. Inquire with host. > Guest must supply own toilet paper, paper towels, bath/kitchen soap, cooking/baking essentials and cleaning supplies. Guest must provide their own laundry soap and kitchen and bath towels. Broom and vacuum provided by host. > To conserve energy, host may request reimbursement If Electric bill goes over $250 during the duration of the stay. > Trash and recycle must be taken to the curb by guest on Tuesday evening. If guest is physically unable to, it is the guest's responsibility to inform host.
