Garage is not assessable. Guest agrees to there being no more than 2 vehicles at property. If there are more than 2 vehicles, then guest may be asked to vacate with no refund, or pay a $200 fine. All guests pay a $300 security deposit. 85% is refundable. A $25 fee will be applied for EVERY 10 minutes late for checkouts.
