You'll find two inviting bedrooms available for your use, featuring a king bed in the primary bedroom and a queen bed in the secondary bedroom. The living room is the perfect place to relax and unwind, with a comfortable queen sofa sleeper and a 65-inch 4K Roku TV for your entertainment needs. And when you're ready to enjoy the great outdoors, head to our backyard patio where you can soak in the two-person hot tub or cook up a delicious meal on the gas grill. The patio also features an outdoor table and chairs for dining al fresco. Our home offers a range of amenities for your convenience and comfort, including a fully stocked kitchen with all the necessary cooking essentials, central HVAC, and fast WiFi with speeds of 100 Mbps or higher. Additionally, our patio provides privacy with a fence on both sides, so you can relax in peace and quiet. Self-check-in is available via an electronic keypad lock, so you can arrive and depart on your own schedule. We look forward to hosting you and ensuring that your stay is comfortable and enjoyable. Other things to note Please note that there are steps leading up to the front door, so this may not be the most suitable home for guests with mobility challenges. The front of the house is monitored by Ring security cameras and we also have a Minut smart monitoring device on the property to prevent parties. Tampering with either device will result in being asked to leave. In cold weather, hot tubs may experience a temporary temperature drop during extended use. Replacing the cover allows the heater to restore the set temperature.
