Spacious Captain’s Beach Suite Near Rudee Inlet

This spacious beautifully decorated 2-bedroom (each with ensuite baths) condo is near Rudee Inlet and all oceanfront activities. Walk across the street & relax on the beach, dine at great restaurants, walk under the bridge next to the city parking lot to enjoy all the water activities that originate from Rudee Inlet. The space Each of the two bedrooms has private ensuite bathrooms. Bedroom 1 has one king bed Bedroom 2 has one queen bed as well as a full size air mattress available for use stored in the 2br closet. There is a couch in the living room as well as a TV, full kitchen, dining area and plenty of room to enjoy yourself. Beach towels and beach chairs are provided. The unit is totally private with no shared access or amenities. There is an outdoor shower in the carport area to rinse sand *** Please be mindful of excessive sand on body and swim wear. Excessive sand can lead to clogged drains in the bathrooms and cause issues with the washing machine and dryer. Please share away sand before washing swim wear or clothes. Please shower outside before getting into indoor showers or bathtub. Thank you for cooperating *** Guest access There is an electronic lock for guest access Other things to note Early check in is normally easy to accommodate. Please inquire with host Parking is limited. There is one free parking space available for use. (If you need a second parking space, please inquire early … a second parking space cannot be guaranteed) There is an outdoor shower in the covered parking area to use if needed. (Seasonal availability) No pets or smoking is allowed in the unit. A $100 extra cleaning fee will be charge if guest is in violation of this rule. Pets are not allowed by the condo association. If a fine is assessed by the HOA, that fee will be passed to guest Please note that the beach and the "strip" gets very busy during the peak season and this results in increased noise from cars and people on the strip The home is not far from Oceana Air Station and sometimes jet noise impacts the area
