It is a short walk to the town of Cardiff and the beach. The neighborhood has steep hills and no sidewalk. While it is a short walk to town and the beach it is not walkable for everyone. There is a 2 car garage and a driveway for parking (max 2 cars). There is usually street parking available in front of or near the house as well, but no dedicated street parking.
