The space LOCATION Welcome to the Yurt, tucked away just 7 miles south of the Village of Penn Yan, on a peaceful 6-acre wooded parcel on the east side of Keuka Lake. While the lake is just a short distance away (about 1/4 mile), please note that the property does not have direct lake access. However, you can enjoy the view of the lake right from the end of the driveway! Positioned right in the heart of the Keuka Lake Wine Trail, we’re conveniently nestled between Rooster Hill Vineyard and Weis Vineyards. Looking for more adventure? Comfort Year-Round Experience the warmth in winter and coolness in summer with our insulated Yurt. The Mini-Split heating and cooling system will be set to a comfy 70°F before your arrival, but feel free to adjust it with the included remote to your liking. Relax in style and comfort during every season! Fully Equipped Kitchen & Bathroom Cook up something special in the kitchen, which includes a mini-fridge, stove, oven, sink, and essential cooking utensils. We also provide basic cookware like pots, pans, plates, cups, and silverware. The full bathroom is ready with toiletries such as shampoo, body wash, and towels. If you have a favorite soap, feel free to bring it along! WiFi & Entertainment You’ll have access to WiFi during your stay, so stay connected or stream your favorite shows on the Smart TV with Netflix already signed in. Unique Sleeping Arrangements Our sleeping setup is designed for fun and comfort: Standard Queen Bed: Soft pillows & extra leg space Futon Couch: A cozy futon that converts to a bed for extra sleeping space. Queen Beanbag Bed: This isn’t your average bed! It’s a giant beanbag that opens into a queen-sized mattress, offering a comfortable and playful sleeping arrangement for all ages. Coffee & More Enjoy complimentary coffee during your stay. The Keurig machine is stocked with coffee pods, sugars, and creamers. Grab a cup and start your day right—your first brew is on us! Pet Friendly We love pets and are happy to have your furry friends join you at the Yurt! No additional pet fees required. Just a heads up, previous guests have brought pets, so if you have severe pet allergies, this may not be the best fit. We encourage you to contact us if you have concerns—we want everyone to feel comfortable. Pests & Wildlife We’re nestled in nature, so it’s important to note that we treat the Yurt for pests twice a year with a local pest control company. Mice may occasionally try to seek warmth in colder months, and while we place traps, we want to be upfront about the possibility. If this doesn’t sound ideal for you, please reach out to us before booking to make sure this is a good match! Fire Pit Make the most of our fire pit—it’s the perfect spot for s’mores, conversation, or just stargazing. Please note that firewood is not provided, but we encourage you to pick up wood from nearby stands on your way to the Yurt. Buying from our local neighbors supports the community!
