The space is open and airy. Everything connects to the central great room so there are no hallways. The first floor master has a huge bathroom with two sinks and walk in closet. The property sits in the woods 400 feet off the road and is very private. The laundry is also on the first floor. The beaches are 20 minutes away. The casino is 5 minutes away. The space The property sits on 17 wooded acres with walking trails. Guests are free to use the deck and fire pit. Tons of room for parking and turning around large rvs boats toys etc. The kitchen is stocked with plenty of necessary cooking items including silverware, plates, and paper towels. It has a fridge, Keurig, coffee pot, microwave, wine fridge, dishwasher, and gas oven. We live nearby but won’t be onsite unless you have a maintenance request or need help with something. Golf cart is available for use on the property for guests to enjoy. Guest access The property has plenty of off street parking. There are trails In the woods of the property as well as a small stream that kids can play in. Your privacy is valuable and we never have any cameras or recording devices on the property. Other things to note This is a large property with plenty of space for boats or toys. A lot of our guests come for fishing. The garage is 25 feet deep so there is room to keep your boat out of the weather (prior notice is needed).There are also outlets to keep them charged. The drive has a loop in it so maneuvering is easy.
