This home is pet friendly with a fenced back yard featuring a grassy area, picnic table, patio with rocking chairs and a grill. This property is only a mile from Downtown Nampa and has quick access to the freeway to explore the rest of the Treasure Valley. Guests have access to full house, driveway, and yard. The detached garage and shed is locked for owner use only. The closet under the stairs is locked for cleaning crew and property manager use only. Please Note: Guests are expected to read and be willing to honor House Rules. No gatherings/parties allowed, only booked guests can be there at any time (unless discussed/approved and any additional fees paid in advance). Additional security deposit may be required depending on pets and/or length of stay. Booking implies agreement to pay any fees/deposits and honor House Rules. Pets must be discussed/approved and paid in advance - dog friendly only; no cats - maximum 2. To maintain the condition of the home the pet fee will be $70 for 1 pet and $140 for 2 pets. Failure to disclose a pet at this property before check-in could result in a $500 fine, immediate eviction with no refund and additional expenses may be charged. No Smoking - minimum $250 fine. Due to the home being older construction, the ceiling height is on the lower side than typical (around 8ft), there is no handrail on the stairs to the backyard/basement, and the basement windows are small.
