We take pride in maintaining high standards in this spacious studio—our first Airbnb and still one of our most popular. Guests love the proximity to the Deschutes River Trail, just a 10-minute walk to downtown, and First Street Rapids Park two houses away. Then come home and stretch out on the ultra-comfy king bed. Trust the reviews—they say it best! We maintain a low-allergen environment using unscented products and do not allow pets. The space This is a second-story 'mother-in-law' suite that was built as an addition in the 90's. It is fully self-contained, including a separate exterior entrance. It is attached to the main body of the house via an interior staircase which has two locking doors at the top and bottom of the staircase. Unless you're planning on amplified music, it won't be an issue. Guest access There is a private stairway entrance from the backyard where you can come and go at any hour. You'll have access to a kitchenette (with sink, microwave, Keurig machine, ample counter space, picnic supplies, etc.), and a private bathroom. Other things to note Please note that because the room is attached to our main home separated by a stairway, there are some normal household noises that will come into the room. We aren't a loud family, but if you are expecting total silence, you might want to look for another option. Note that dogs are not allowed, including Emotional Support Animals, which are not recognized as service animals in the state of Oregon. If you are bringing a service animal, we would appreciate if you would describe what duties or work it has been trained to perform, and if it is required because of a disability.
