There is also an inside dining area for guests right next to a kitchen bar with high-top stools, so everyone can eat together inside comfortably. The modern kitchen has all the appliances and amenities you need to satisfy your culinary desires. Just add the food and camaraderie and have fun. The outdoor area also encourages barbecues, if you want to change things up. Throw something on the grill and sear your next dinner to perfection. And of course, all the bedrooms and bathrooms are furnished with a generous supply of premiere linens to ensure you are comfortable at all times. Additional amenities include 1 narrow garage parking spot, a shared washer and dryer in the garage (also used by the upper-level unit), and WiFi. This home is equipped with exterior surveillance as required by local city noise ordinance. This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no-tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting with Vacasa Seasonals, Inc. Reservations for this home will not be refunded if canceled within 60 days of arrival.
