Our newly remodeled home is located in an established neighborhood, on a culdesac, in the center of Knoxville. This will be the perfect spot for a large group to stay for events or UT games!! The kitchen is fully stocked, and boasts a 6' x 9' island. Downstairs includes 2 bedrooms with 2 king beds, and 2 pull out couches. (1 full, and 1 queen) Laundry room plus 1-1/2 baths are also down. Upstairs area has three bedrooms (ALL WITH KING BEDS) , two full baths, huge kitchen, and common space area. 2 large sectional couches are in the living area which is one large room sharing the kitchen and dining room. We do allow guests with small dogs only, and the back yard has a large, fenced in area. There is a screened in patio area with table and chairs for additional outdoor area option. The back yard has a hexagon swing with 5 porch swings surrounding the fire pit! Guest access Self Check-In via Keypad. Other things to note 5 porch swings surrounding a firepit in the back yard. Fire wood not provided but available for purchase at Kroger and Walmart within 1 mile of the house. Commercial Gas grill provided, HUGE garage with foosball, air hockey, and card table.
